Common use of Non-Disclosure, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

You acknowledge and reaffirm your continuing obligations under the Noncompetition Agreement which you executed for the benefit of the Company and which remains in full force and effect, including without limitation your obligations of non-disclosure, non-competition, non-disparagement and non-solicitation.
