Common use of Non-Disclosure, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

You acknowledge and reaffirm your obligations to keep confidential and not disclose all non-public information concerning the Company and its clients that you acquired during the course of your employment with the Company, as stated more fully in the Employee Proprietary and Non-Compete Agreement dated as of [Date] (the “Non-Compete Agreement”) you executed for the benefit of the Company, which remains in full force and effect.
