No Third Party Rights or Obligations. No provision of this Agreement will be deemed or construed in any way to result in the creation of any rights or obligations in any Person not a Party to this Agreement.

Under no circumstances shall any Person not a Party hereto have any right to sue under or otherwise directly enforce this Settlement Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Settlement Agreement confers any right or ability to sue to any present or former Mortgage Loan borrower, nor does this Settlement Agreement create any obligation on the part of any Person to any such borrower.
