No Relief. 3A.2.1 The Company shall not be entitled to any relief or compensation (whether financial, relating to time or otherwise) under this Agreement to the extent that the New Works Contractor has already been compensated (whether financial, relating to time or otherwise) under the Pre-Start Works Agreement.
