Owner will not, without Purchaser's prior written consent in each instance, issue or authorize the issuance or publication of any news story or publicity relating to (i) this Agreement, (ii) the subject matter or terms hereof, or to any use by Purchaser, its successors, licensees and assigns, and (iii) any of the rights granted Purchaser hereunder.
