The rights granted to the Holders hereunder do not in any way conflict with and are not inconsistent with the rights granted to the holders of the Company's other issued and outstanding securities under any such agreements.

The Company has not entered into nor will the Company into, and on or after the date of this Agreement will not enter into into, any agreement which is inconsistent with breaches the rights granted to the Holders of Registrable Securities in this Agreement or otherwise conflicts with the provisions hereof. The rights granted to the Holders hereunder do not in any way conflict with and are not inconsistent with breach the rights granted to the holders of the Company's other issued and outstanding securities under any such agreements.

No Inconsistent Agreements. The Company has not entered into nor will and the Company on or will not after the date of this Agreement enter into any agreement which is inconsistent with the rights granted to the Holders of Registrable Transfer Restricted Securities in this Agreement or otherwise conflicts with the provisions hereof. The rights granted to the Holders hereunder do not and will not for the term of this Agreement in any way conflict with and are not inconsistent with the rights granted to the holders of the Company's other issued and outstanding securities under any such agreements.

No Inconsistent Agreements. The Company has will not entered into nor will the Company on or after the date of this Agreement enter into any agreement with respect to its securities which is inconsistent with the rights granted to the Holders holders of Registrable Securities in this Agreement or otherwise conflicts with the provisions hereof. The rights granted to the Holders holders of Registrable Securities hereunder do not in any way conflict with and are not inconsistent with the rights granted to the holders of the Company's other issued and outstanding securities under any such other agreements.

No Inconsistent Agreements. The Company has not entered into nor will and the Company on or will not after the date of this Agreement enter into any agreement which is inconsistent with the rights granted to the Holders of Registrable Securities New Notes in this Agreement or otherwise conflicts with the provisions hereof. The rights granted to the Holders hereunder do not in any way conflict with and are not inconsistent with the rights granted to the holders of the Company's other issued and outstanding securities under any such agreements.

The rights granted to the Holders hereunder do not in any way conflict with and are not inconsistent with the rights granted to the holders of the Trust's or the Company's other issued and outstanding securities under any such agreements.

No Inconsistent Agreements. The Company has not entered into into, nor will the Company on or after the date of this Agreement enter into into, any agreement which is inconsistent with the rights granted to the Holders of Registrable Securities Notes in this Agreement or which otherwise conflicts with the provisions hereof. The rights granted to the Holders Holder hereunder do not and will not for the term of this Agreement in any way conflict with and are not inconsistent with the rights granted to the holders of the Company's ’s other issued and outstanding securities under any such agreements.

The In the event of a conflict of construction or a conflict in the grant of rights granted to between the Holders hereunder do not in any way conflict with Norwest Agreement and are not inconsistent with this Agreement, the rights granted to more favorable construction or grant of rights, as the holders of case may be, shall prevail, as determined by the Company's other issued and outstanding securities under any such agreementsHolders.
