No Bond. Notwithstanding any state law to the contrary, the Environmental Response Trust Administrative Trustee, including any successor Environmental Response Trust Administrative Trustee, shall be exempt from providing any bond or other security in any jurisdiction, except as specifically set forth in Settlement Agreement Paragraphs 79 through 81.
