Common use of No Assignment to Certain Persons Clause in Contracts

No Assignment to Certain Persons. No such assignment shall be made (A) to Parent or any of Parent’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries, (B) to any Defaulting Lender or any of its Subsidiaries, or any Person who, upon becoming a Lender hereunder, would constitute any of the foregoing Persons described in this clause (B), or (C) to a natural person.

No Assignment to Certain Persons. No such assignment shall be made (A) to the Parent or any of the Parent’s Affiliates or Subsidiaries, (B) to Competitors or (C) to any Defaulting Lender or any of its Subsidiaries, or any Person who, upon becoming a Lender hereunder, would constitute any of the foregoing Persons described in this clause (BC), or (C) to a natural person.
