Common use of No Agency or Trust Clause in Contracts

In acting under this Agreement no Agent shall be under any fiduciary duty or other obligation towards or have any relationship of agency or trust with any Bondholder or Couponholder and need only perform the duties set out specifically in this Agreement and the Conditions and any duties necessarily incidental to them, but no implied duties or obligations of the Agents shall be read into this Agreement or the Conditions.
