No Additional Payments. Payment of severance, in accordance with 4.2(b) or 4.2(d) above, to the Employee by the Company will be full and adequate compensation to the Employee with respect to any claim relating to the Employee’s employment or termination or manner of termination of the Employee’s employment, and the Employee waives any right that he/she may have to claim further payment, compensation or damages from the Company.
