Next Level of Supervision. If the matter is not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction in Step I, the employee (and the Delegate if requested by the employee) shall present the grievance to the next level of supervision within fourteen (14) calendar days of the immediate supervisor’s decision. A Step II meeting shall be held within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the request for Step II. This individual shall respond in writing to the grievance within fourteen (14) calendar days of the meeting.

Next Level of Supervision. If the grievance is not resolved to the Employee’s satisfaction at Step 1 above, the Employee (and the Shop Xxxxxxx or Union Representative, if requested by the Employee) shall present the grievance to the Area Supervisor (or designated representative) within ten (10) working days of the immediate supervisor’s decision. The designated representative shall reply in writing within ten (10) working days following receipt of the grievance.

Labor Relations shall respond in writing to the grievance within fourteen (14) calendar days of the meeting.

  • Level of Supervision Supervision is generally present to establish general objectives relative to a specific project, to outline the desired end product and to identify potential resources for assistance. The parties shall implement the ESV’s “Supervision guidelines for apprentices working on electrical installations”. These guidelines were developed by the Industry parties under the auspices of the Office of the Chief Electrical Inspector.

  • Operational Control Directing the operation of the Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control to maintain these facilities in a reliable state, as defined by the Reliability Rules. The ISO shall approve operational decisions concerning these facilities, made by each Transmission Owner before the Transmission Owner implements those decisions. In accordance with ISO Procedures, the ISO shall direct each Transmission Owner to take certain actions to restore the system to the Normal State. Operational Control includes security monitoring, adjustment of generation and transmission resources, coordination and approval of changes in transmission status for maintenance, determination of changes in transmission status for reliability, coordination with other Control Areas, voltage reductions and Load Shedding, except that each Transmission Owner continues to physically operate and maintain its facilities.
