Network Performance Management. The NOC is responsible for monitoring all LAN and WAN performance. This includes all SNMP and RMON. • Only NOC staff members are allowed to run SNMP/RMON on network devices. • The NOC will redesign networks, which sustain traffic loads that adversely affect customer interactive response times and/or reliability. • The NOC will assist other entities with managing the performance of their networks as requested.

Network Performance Management. Network performance management Services are those Functions associated with managing, monitoring and tuning the various networks. Supplier shall perform the Network performance management Services, including those Functions listed in the roles and responsibilities table below, except for those Functions that are expressly identified as retained Health Net responsibilities in the roles and responsibilities table below. Network Performance Management. Required general GSP network characteristics to assure a high quality of service to end users are listed below: A set of metrics that define network availability in addition to those set forth in the Agreement, such as link up time and bandwidth availability and to define network trouble conditions that entitle end users to refunds or credits. Such metrics shall be established within 30 days of Agreement execution; GSP backbone router availability will be greater than or equal to 99.0%. This measurement will be based on the monthly average across the GSP network; GSP network latency, round trip network added delay, will be less than or equal to 500 ms. This is a monthly average measured between network backbone routers; Use a redundant network topology and built-in-failure recovery mechanism; Use diversely routed circuits wherever possible; Provide delays consistent or better than those of domestic Internet backbones; Design network capacity for peak versus average daily utilization; Use physically redundant servers for DNS and NEWS; Participate in IEFT and other standards organizations for the definition of Quality of Service standards; Work with end users and take reasonable steps to assure satisfaction; and The GSP shall give to BAIS real-time read only access to each router that attaches to the BAIS network. The purpose is to monitor and validate interface utilization of these routers. This can be accomplished via SNMP web access.

  • Case Management Prompt resolution of any dispute is important to both parties; and the parties agree that the arbitration of any dispute shall be conducted expeditiously. The arbitrators are instructed and directed to assume case management initiative and control over the arbitration process (including scheduling of events, pre-hearing discovery and activities, and the conduct of the hearing), in order to complete the arbitration as expeditiously as is reasonably practical for obtaining a just resolution of the dispute.

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout

  • Virus Management Transfer Agent shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within the Transfer Agent environment.

  • Performance and Compliance Purchaser shall have performed all of the covenants and complied, in all material respects, with all the provisions required by this Agreement to be performed or complied with by it on or before the Closing.
