Common use of National Shopping Clause in Contracts

National Shopping. Goods required under Parts B and C of the Project, estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $300,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

National Shopping. Goods and materials required under Parts A and B and C of the Project, Project estimated to cost less than $50,000 20,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $300,000 3,500,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.and
