National Objective. You will perform the Services hereunder in a manner that complies with a criterion for national objectives described in 24 CFR § 570.208.
National Objective. All activities funded with CDGB funds must meet one of the CDBG program’s National Objectives: benefit low- and moderate-income persons; aid in the prevention or elimination of slums or blight; or meet community development needs having a particular urgency, as defined in 24 CFR 570.208.
National Objective. Slum and blight: Acquisition and demolition of vacant and foreclosed homes that meet the NSP definition of slum and blight. After acquisition and demolition, the property will be placed in a land bank established by the CITY for the purposes of holding the properties vacated by actions under this grant for up to 10 years or until redeveloped.
National Objective. All activities funded with CDBG funds must comply with one of more of the CDBG program’s National Objective Criteria as required under 24 CFR 570.200(a)(2). National Objective. This Project is funded with CDBG-NDR Funds, shall meet HUD’s LMI National Objective, and the Developer, itself, is obligated, and is also obligated to cause the Partnership, to fulfill this National Objective. To meet the LMI National Objective, Developer shall cause the Partnership to construct housing that is rented to and occupied by qualified LMI tenants after the City’s issuance of the certificate of occupancy relating to the Project for the duration of the Affordability Period.
National Objective. The National Objective will be met by meeting the criteria for Urgent Need. The proposed project aims to alleviate existing conditions, which pose a threat to the health or welfare of the community, as well as mitigate effects of future disasters. National Objective. The Subrecipient shall be responsible for insuring that program beneficiaries will meet the eligibility requirements of the CDBG program found at 24 CFR 570.483 Criteria for National Objectives.
National Objective. Pursuant to 24 CFR §570.208 (Criteria for national objectives), CDBG funds expended for planning and administrative costs under 24 CFR §570.205 and §570.206 are considered to address the national objectives. This Project is considered to address national objectives because all Grant Funds are expended for planning and/or capacity building costs under 24 CFR §570.205.
National Objective. The activities carried out under this Agreement will meet Low- Moderate-Income Limited Clientele Eligibility 24 CFR 570.208(a)(2)(i)(B). The grantee will retain information on file on family size and income so that it is evident that at least 51 percent of the clientele are persons whose family income does not exceed the low and moderate income limit.
National Objective. All activities funded with CDGB funds must meet one of the CDBG program’s National Objectives: The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out under this Agreement will meet Low- or Moderate-Income Eligibility - 24 CFR 570.208(a)(2)(i)(A). As the Sub-recipient herby certifies that its activities solely benefit persons who are homeless, this activity is presumed to benefit low-income persons.
