Named Users. If the Licence is a Named User Licence as listed on the Quote:
Named Users. Subscriber shall ensure that only named Users access or use the Subscription and that each named User is a unique person. Use of a non-iCIMS intermediate user interface, portal, or page to aggregate data, information, or actions from multiple individuals or users into the Programs will be deemed separate named Users under this Agreement. Further, sharing of usernames and/or passwords for access to the Subscription is prohibited and Subscriber shall be responsible for its Users misuse of any usernames or passwords to access the Subscription.
Named Users. ATMI agrees to establish and maintain records of the identities of Named Users and changes thereto, and to make such records available to IM upon request.
Named Users. End User shall provide up to five named users for any problem reporting. Only these individuals are eligible to report issues to UWS
Named Users. The Products may be accessed and used by up to the maximum number of Named Users included in Customer’s subscription. Customer will not make the Products or Resources available to anyone other than its Named Users. Sharing or pooling a Named User’s access among multiple individuals to allow for temporary use by multiple users is strictly prohibited. Customer may, however, permanently replace a Named User with another individual as long as the number of Named Users does not exceed the number of Named Users purchased. If Customer exceeds, or wishes to increase, the number of Named Users using a Product, additional fees will apply.

Named Users. While the Software license set forth in Article 5 remains in force, TDCC shall not be limited in the number of users. During any period of time that the Software license set forth in Article 5 is not in force, the license set forth in Section 7.6.2 shall be limited to *. The Named Users may install * software, as well as Software Updates and Software Upgrades thereto, on separate laboratory, office, home, or notebook computers, or on replacements of these computers, but use of such software is limited solely to the Named Users. During any period of time that the Software license set forth in Article 5 is not in force, TDCC agrees to establish and maintain records of Named Users and changes to Named Users.
Named Users. Contractor’s hosted solution will provide an unlimited number of individual named accounts, assigned to either the LAR-IAC master account or a Sub- Organization. Each of these accounts can save its session and then return in the future to continue working. Contractor will track the number of individuals logged in, and be able to limit the total number of concurrent users logged in. There will be a globally configured timeout for users that are not active.
Named Users. Customer may permit any Named Users to access and use the features and functions of the Pryon Service as contemplated by this Agreement. Each Named User will be assigned a unique user identification name and password (“User ID”) for access to and use of the Pryon Service. User IDs cannot be shared or used by more than one Named User at a time, and may not be shared between Customer’s other employees, contractors or other third parties. Customer shall be solely responsible for all activities that occur under Customer’s account.
Named Users. The Customer Software Agreement only entitles the number of Named Users stipulated in the Subscription Order to have access to the Product at any one time.
