Common use of Mutual Intent Clause in Contracts

Mutual Intent. The Parties: (a) acknowledge that it is their intent to consummate this Agreement; (b) agree to cooperate to the extent reasonably necessary to effectuate and implement all terms and conditions of the Agreement and to exercise their commercially reasonable efforts on an ongoing basis to accomplish such terms and conditions; and (c) agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to seek entry of a final Confirmation Order from the Bankruptcy Court.
