Grantee is expected to provide the appropriate materials for completing program quantification methodology. Grantee shall use the current reporting template provided by the STATE. The reporting shall be submitted to the STATE no less frequently than quarterly. In addition, STATE may request additional information in order to meet current CARB reporting requirements. No later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each calendar month during the Term, when requested, Tenant will submit to Airport, in Airport’s online system or on Airport’s monthly ACDBE Utilization Report form, a report of Tenant’s total Gross Receipts during the month and the total dollar value of Gross Receipts earned by an ACDBE under this Lease and the total dollar value of goods and services purchased or leased from each ACDBE during the month, in each case calculated in accordance with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 23. Whenever a Joint Venture is used to meet ACDBE goals, Tenant shall submit to Airport an annual financial statement for the preceding year indicating compensation, profit sharing, capital contributions of ACDBE partners, or any other financial information as requested by Airport relevant to determining ACDBE compliance. Tenant shall also report annually the ACDBE partner’s management involvement and its role in decision making. The annual financial statement, and all other information requested pursuant to this paragraph, shall be on a form satisfactory to Airport and delivered to Airport no later than sixty (60) days following the close of the federal fiscal year ending on September 30th. Xxxxxx further agrees to submit any other report(s) or information that County is required by law or regulation to obtain from Tenant, or which the Airport’s ACDBE Liaison Officer or designee may request relating to Tenant’s operations. In addition, Tenant shall provide all information and reports required by the Airport and shall permit access to its books, records, accounts, other sources of information and its facilities as may be determined by the Airport to be pertinent to ascertain compliance with the regulations or directives. Tenant shall timely submit reports and verifications requested by the County and shall provide such financial information or other information deemed necessary by it to support and document the ACDBE participation for this Lease. County shall have the right until six (6) years after the expiration or termination of this Lease, through its representatives, and at all reasonable times, to review books, records, and financial information of the Tenant (and where applicable, all individuals, Joint Venture partners or team members or other business entities that are a party or engaged in concession activity under this Lease) requested by representatives of the County to substantiate compliance with 49 CFR Parts 23 and 26...

MONITORING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. All Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF) projects are required to monitor and report on carbon flux. This includes direct emissions, avoided emissions and sequestration. All such emissions should be monitored and reported separately. In addition, the Urban & Community Forestry and Forest Legacy Program Grants have to monitor and report on other metrics. Monitoring should be done at sufficient intervals to allow periodic reporting per the specific requirements of the individual grant program. Carbon flux should be expressed as the difference between the pre-project baseline and the in-progress or completed project at the end of the given monitoring period. This will require the establishment of a pre-project baseline from which direct emissions, avoided emissions and sequestration can be periodically measured throughout the crediting period1 on the project area. Emissions and sequestration measurements should be expressed as metric tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent [MTCO2e]. Net Greenhouse Gas (GHG) benefit of the project will be determined by the sum of the GHG emissions 1 The crediting period is the time period over which the project accrues GHG benefits. All other metrics should be reported in the appropriate units of measure. The reporting requirements should determine the timing and frequency of monitoring actions as described in Table 1.
MONITORING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. At the beginning of each fiscal year, the Contractor shall evaluate the applicable institutional controls for the current and former RMA property (Army property, USFWS property, the Prairie Gateway, Xxxxx Treatment Plant Property, and 100-foot highway setbacks) and the Off-Post Operable Unit. The Contractor shall prepare a Land Use Control Monitoring Report (See CDRL A012) that describes the applicable controls, discusses the monitoring and evaluation of such controls, and presents any corrective measures indicated. The Contractor shall perform the necessary corrective measures as soon as practical and shall discuss the actions in the report for the fiscal year in which the work was performed. After each off-post groundwater sampling round (occurs twice every five years), the Contractor shall prepare a map entitled “Estimated Areas Exceeding Contaminant Remediation Goals” that identifies those areas in the Off-Post OU where groundwater could potentially exceed containment system remediation goals (CSRGs). These maps will be provided by the Army to the Regulatory Agencies. The Contractor shall also prepare a Well Permit Notification Area Map on an as-needed basis.
MONITORING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. Within 60 days after the end of each calendar year covered under this agreement, Footprint Power shall provide CLF with documentation demonstrating compliance with the CO2e emissions limitations included in this agreement. Documentation of facility-wide emissions may be in the form of reports accepted by EPA in compliance with Title V, or such other form as mutually agreed upon by the Parties. Separate documentation shall be provided to the extent that compliance is achieved through the use of offsets. Documentation regarding offsets shall include proof of the purchase of RGGI offsets, Massachusetts Class I RECs, investment in Massachusetts Class I RPS-eligible local renewable generation, energy efficiency or demand response measures, or, in the case of any other CLF-approved offset, documentation that is mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
MONITORING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. (A). The Coordinator/Judge shall have the right to conduct on-site inspections and monitoring of the project and office of Contractor at the discretion of the Coordinator/Judge, and Contractor shall cooperate in facilitating such inspections and monitoring.
