Minimum Shelf Life. At the time of delivery, Product shall have a minimum of *** % of approved shelf life remaining, unless such Product shall have a shorter shelf life as a result of: (a) a Force Majeure Event, (b) the suspension of production activities at the request of AbbVie, and/or (c) an investigation of non-conforming Product.
