Conforming Product definition

Conforming Product means Product that, upon the issuance of the Emergent Release Documents with respect to such Product, meets the Specifications and was Manufactured in conformance with the terms of the Quality Agreement.
Conforming Product means Product that has been Manufactured in accordance with and meets the requirements of clauses 5.11 and 5.12;
Conforming Product means any Product that meets the Product Specifications and the applicable Quality Requirements.

Conforming Product means 1) Blend-Grade Gasoline that has been blended with denatured fuel ethanol after delivery to BUYER blended, monitored and otherwise handled by BUYER in strict conformity with all terms and conditions of this Addendum; and (2) Blend- Grade Distillate that has been blended with biodiesel meeting the most recent version of ASTM D 6751, "Standard Specification for Biodiesel Fuel Blend Stock (B100) for Middle Distillate Fuels" after delivery, that is blended, monitored and otherwise handled by BUYER in strict conformity with all terms and conditions of this Addendum.
Conforming Product means any Product which was manufactured, packaged, and supplied in accordance with this Agreement, all applicable laws, rules, guidelines, and regulations, and the applicable Product Specifications and Packaging Specifications
Conforming Product means Product that complies in all respects, at the time of Delivery to the Client in accordance with this Agreement with the applicable Specifications; cGMPs; Firm Order(s); Manufacturing Licences; Marketing Authorisations or INDs, the quality requirements set out in the Quality Agreement; Applicable Laws, and all other representations and warranties regarding the Product and the Manufacturing Services in this Agreement;
Conforming Product means Product delivered by the Supplier hereunder that meets the Product Warranty.
