Minimum Mandatory Holding Period. Participant may not sell or transfer any Shares issued at vesting until the second anniversary of the Grant Date, or such other period as is required to comply with the minimum mandatory holding period applicable to Shares underlying French-Qualified RSUs under Section L. 000-000-0 of the French Commercial Code, as amended, or by the French Tax Code or the French Social Security Code, as amended, to benefit from the special tax and social security regime in France.
