Common use of Minimum Amounts Clause in Contracts

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and under any Facility and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and under any credit facility provided hereunder and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility provided hereunder) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans Advances at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment Commitments and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of of‌ the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment commitments and the related Loans loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least to the amount amounts specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate) or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment Revolving Commitments and the related Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least to the amount amounts specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and under any facility and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it (in each case, with respect to any facility), or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 11.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and under any Facility and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it under any Facility or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s or Issuing Bank’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans Advances at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 9.07(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility provided hereunder) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans Advances at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved FundLender, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it under the Revolving Facility and the Term Facility or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 10.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of (x) an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or Loans, (y) contemporaneous assignments to related any Lender and its Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection clause (b)(i)(BB) of this Section 9.4(b)(i) in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of (z) an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a existing Lender or an Affiliate or Approved FundFund of an existing Lender, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Credit) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 11.11(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) i. in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans Advances at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and Revolving Commitments and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (Aa) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Term Loan Commitment and or the related Term Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection clause (b)(i)(Bb) of this Section below in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Revolving Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under the Facilities and the related Loans at the time owing to it under such Facilities or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and under the related Revolving Facility and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and Commitment(s) and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it (in each instance with respect to any Credit) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 10.9(b)(i)(B) of this Section below in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and;

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignment) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

(A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate and the Loans at the time owing to it or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 9.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

(A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Revolving Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it under any Facility or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 10.5(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment Revolving Credit Commitments and the related Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment commitments and the related Loans loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least to the amount amounts specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.5 in the aggregate aggregate) or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and Commitments and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Revolving Credit Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (Aa) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 11.8.2(i)(b) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of (x) an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Commitments or Loans at the time owing to it or under a particular Facility, (y) contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsassignment) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(Bb)(ii)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of (z) an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 10.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and commitment and/or the related Loans loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility provided for herein) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or a Lender, in the case of contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and or the related Loans Term Loan at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 8.07 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans Term Loan at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Commitment) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsassignment) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsassignment) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 11.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and Revolving Commitments and/or the related Loans Advances at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment commitments and the related Loans loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least to the amount amounts specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to and/or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; andand‌

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after 117 giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 12.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and/or the Loans and the related Loans Reimbursement Obligations at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 9.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and Commitments and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(Bparagraph 10.6(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and Commitments and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to the Revolving Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) A. in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans Advances at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 11.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s applicable Commitment and or the related Loans L/C Obligations at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Tranche) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 10.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 10.4(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (Ai) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any Facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection clause (b)(i)(Ba)(ii) of this Section in the aggregate below or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in A)in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment commitments and the related Loans loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least to the amount amounts specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate) or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under each Applicable Facility and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or under each Applicable Facility or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) s. in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, 101 an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Term Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection clause (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.6 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 10.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

Minimum Amounts. (A) in A)in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 10.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment commitments and the related Loans loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least to the amount amounts specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate) or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; andand 118

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and under any Facility and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it under such Facility or contemporaneous assignments to related Affiliates or Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) of a Lender that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (Aa) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning LenderXxxxxx’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an (1)an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous under such Facility, (2)contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B‎Section 10.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an (3)an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection Section 11.06 (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and;

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.06 in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a 103 Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) 1. in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment commitments and the related Loans loans at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect that aggregate to such assignments) that equal at least the amount amounts specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans being assigned at the time owing to it (in each case with respect to any credit facility) or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 12.08(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of (1) an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under any Facility and the related Loans at the time owing to it or under such Facility, (2) contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(BSection 10.06(b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of (3) an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in In the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section 11.10(b)(i)(B) in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and.

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and and/or the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment under each Applicable Facility and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or under each Applicable Facility or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate aggregate, or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and the related Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignmentsAssignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate 128 or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and or the related Loans Advances at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to or by related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; andand 

Minimum Amounts. (A) in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Lender’s Commitment and or the related Loans of any Class at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or an Approved Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and
