Common use of Minimum Amounts of Tranches Clause in Contracts

Minimum Amounts of Tranches. All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.

Minimum Amounts of Tranches. All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 1,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 250,000 in excess thereofthereof and so that there shall not be more than 10 Eurodollar Tranches at any one time outstanding.

In no event shall there be more than seven Tranches outstanding at any time.

Not more than twenty Tranches may be outstanding at any time.

All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Eurocurrency Loans outstanding in Dollars comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof, the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate principal amount of the Eurocurrency Loans outstanding in any Designated Foreign Currency comprising each Set shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and so that there shall not be more than 15 Tranches at any one time outstanding.

All borrowings, prepayments, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, (a) the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans or BA Rate Loans, as the case may be, comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 US$4,000,000 or C$2,000,000, respectively, or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 US$100,000 or C$100,000, respectively, in excess thereof, (b) there shall not be more than four Tranches of Eurodollar Loans or four Tranches of BA Rate Loans, as the case may be, at any one time outstanding from all Borrowers in the aggregate.

All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Loans comprising each Eurodollar Eurocurrency Tranche shall be equal to in a minimum Equivalent Amount of $5,000,000 or a whole multiple and so that there shall not be more than ten (10) Eurocurrency Tranches of $1,000,000 in excess thereofany Borrower at any one time outstanding.

All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Interim Term Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, (i) the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 10,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereofthereof and (ii) there shall not be more than 10 Tranches at any one time outstanding.

All borrowings, conversions payments, prepayments and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Loans comprising each any Eurodollar Tranche or CD Rate Tranche shall not be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of less than $1,000,000 in excess thereof(or the then remaining aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Loans, if less than $1,000,000).

Minimum Amounts of Tranches. All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to in a minimum amount of $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereofand so that there shall not be more than ten (10) Eurodollar Tranches at any one time outstanding.

All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 500,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 100,000 in excess thereofthereof and so that there shall not be more than 9 Eurodollar Tranches at any one time outstanding.

Minimum Amounts of Tranches. All borrowings, prepayments, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 500,000 in excess thereofthereof and there shall not be more than 12 Tranches at any one time outstanding from all Borrowers in the aggregate.

All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 10,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereofthereof and so that there shall not be more than twenty Tranches at any one time outstanding.

All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, (i) the aggregate principal amount of the Eurodollar Loans comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 5,000,000 in excess thereof, (ii) the aggregate principal amount of the Pounds Sterling Loans comprising each Tranche shall be in an amount of which the U.S. Dollar Equivalent is at least $1,000,000 and (iii) there shall not be more than (ten) 10 Tranches at any one time outstanding.

All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of the Eurocurrency Loans outstanding in Dollars comprising each Eurodollar Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof, the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate principal amount of the Eurocurrency Loans outstanding in any Designated Foreign Currency comprising each Tranche shall be equal to $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and there shall not be more than 10 Tranches at any one time outstanding.
