Merit Raises. The Association recognizes this contract to contain the minimum standards of employment. This contract should not be construed to limit management’s right to reward an individual nurse’s performance over and above the prescribed conditions called for in this Agreement.
Merit Raises. The Association recognizes this Contract to be the minimum 25 standards of employment. This Contract should not be construed to limit management's 26 rights to reward nurse's performance over and above the prescribed conditions called 27 for in this Agreement. Any changes in existing benefits shall be negotiated with the 28 Association.
Merit Raises. Special consideration may be given by the Employer in the form of one (1) merit raise not to exceed the next step in the progression.
Merit Raises. The Board of Directors of the Company may, in its absolute and sole discretion, increase the salary payable to Employee for merit.
