Common use of Meet-Point Billing Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Meet-Point Billing Arrangements. 6.3.1 TCG and BA will establish Meet-Point Billing arrangements in order to provide a common transport option to Switched Access Services Customers via a Tandem Switch in accordance with the Meet-Point Billing guidelines contained in the OBF’s MECAB and MECOD documents, except as modified herein, and BA’s Pennsylvania Tariff Number 302, Section 2.4.7. The arrangements described in this Section 6 are intended to be used to provide Switched Exchange Access Service that originates and/or terminates on a Telephone Exchange Service that is provided by either Party, where the transport component of the Switched Exchange Access Service is routed through a Tandem Switch that is provided by BA.
