Common use of Medical Services Plan Clause in Contracts

Medical Services Plan. Employees who are Regular Full-Time Employees or Temporary Full-Time Employees and have completed six months' continuous service shall be entitled to be insured under the Medical Services Plan established under the Medical Services Act of British Columbia with the Corporation paying one hundred percent (100%) of the premium.

Medical Services Plan. Employees who are Regular Full-Time Full‐Time Employees or Temporary Full-Time Full‐Time Employees and have completed six months' continuous service shall be entitled to be insured under the Medical Services Plan established under the Medical Services Act of British Columbia with the Corporation paying one hundred percent (100%) of the premium.

Employees who are Regular Full-Time Employees or Temporary Full-Time Employees and have completed six months' continuous service shall be entitled to be insured under the Medical Services Plan established under the Medical Services Act of British Columbia with the Corporation Employer paying one hundred sixty percent (10060%) (effective 1997 July 01, thirty percent (30%)) of the premium and the employees paying forty percent (40%) (effective 1997 July 01, seventy percent (70%)) of the premium.

Employees who are Regular Full-Time Employees or Temporary Full-Time Employees and have completed six months' continuous service shall be entitled to be insured under the Medical Services Plan established under the Medical Services Act of British Columbia with the Corporation Employer paying one hundred thirty percent (10030%) of the premium and the employees paying seventy percent (70%) of the premium.

Employees who are All Regular Full-Time Employees or Temporary Full-Time Employees and who have completed six months' continuous service shall be entitled to be insured under the Medical Services Plan established under the Medical Services Act of British Columbia with the Corporation Employer paying one hundred sixty percent (10060%) and each employee paying forty percent (40%) of the premium.premium therefor; and

Employees who are All Regular Full-Time Employees or Temporary Full-Time Employees and who have completed six (6) months' continuous service shall be entitled to be insured under the Medical Services Plan established under the Medical Services Act of British Columbia with the Corporation paying one hundred percent (100%) Columbia. The Employer shall pay 75% and each employee shall pay 25% of the premium.
