Media Nondisclosure. At all times, during and after the Employment Period, Participant shall not directly or indirectly disclose to the Media any information relating to any aspect of Participant employment or termination from employment with the Company and/or any other Company Party, any non-public information related to the business of the Company and/or any other Company Party, and/or any aspect of any Dispute.
