Common use of Material Documents Clause in Contracts

Material Documents. The Parent will not, and will not permit any other Credit Party to, amend, modify, supplement, cancel or terminate, or waive compliance with respect to, any Material Documents in any manner that is materially adverse to the interests of the Lenders without the prior written consent of the Majority Lenders (and, provided that the Parent promptly furnishes to the Administrative Agent a copy of such amendment, modification, supplement, cancellation, termination or waiver).
