Common use of Manufacturing and Marketing Rights Clause in Contracts

Manufacturing and Marketing Rights. Except as set forth in the Schedule of Exceptions, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has granted exclusive rights to manufacture, produce, assemble, license, market, or sell its products to any other person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the Company's or its Subsidiaries' exclusive right to develop, manufacture, assemble, distribute, market or sell its products.

Manufacturing and Marketing Rights.
