Manufactured Products. Each Party represents and warrants that all Products used in clinical trials and/or for commercial use that are Manufactured or procured by such Party shall: (a) meet the applicable specifications; (b) be Manufactured in accordance with cGMPs; and (c) be Manufactured in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and Regulatory Authority requirements then in effect.
Manufactured Products. Iron and steel used in precast concrete manufactured products must meet the requirements of the above section (Steel and Iron Materials) regardless of the amount used. Iron and steel used in other manufactured products must meet the requirements of the above section (Steel and Iron Materials) if the weight of steel and iron components constitute 90 percent or more of the total weight of the manufactured product. Manufactured Products. Manufactured products shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and specifications. Builder will use only new manufactured products and parts unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties. If Builder did not install a manufactured product in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications or use newly manufactured parts as required, Builder shall take such as is necessary to bring the variance within the standard. Manufactured items such as appliances, fixtures or equipment covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and defects in any of the systems resulting from a failure in manufactured items are not covered by this warranty.

Manufactured Products. Contractor shall utilize products manufactured by companies that utilize formal, documented quality assurance practices that meet or exceed the standard of care established by the industry. Contractor shall proactively monitor each supplier’s quality system. Quality systems that conform to ISO 9000 practices are preferred. 9 DESIGN REVIEW This chapter defines the requirements regarding submittals and formal design reviews. Additional submittals are required as appropriate to the work. The format for submittals shall be as per Section 8.4.
Manufactured Products. The builder shall install all manufactured products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and specifications.
Manufactured Products. The homeowner shall use and perform periodic maintenance on all manufactured products according to the manufacturer's instructions and specifications. The misuse, abuse, neglect or other failure to follow manufacturer's specifications with regard to manufactured products may void the manufacturer's warranty.
Manufactured Products. The purchase price to be paid by Haemacure to BPL for the Initial Product and Frozen Formulation delivered pursuant to Haemacure's orders shall be a base price of $37.25 per m1 (the "Purchase Price"). If BPL completes a Technically Operational Facility prior to January 1, 2001, the Purchase Price for the initial term shall be increased by 5%. The Purchase Price will also be increased by 1% of $37.25 per ml for each month earlier than October 31, 2001 (with a maximum of five months) that BPL and Haemacure have filed the FDA license application for the Initial Product. The Purchase Price shall be finalized for the initial term by agreement of the parties within two months prior to BPL's manufacture of the Product for sale in the United States. Manufactured Products.
