If within six (6) months of such notification [***] Company has not initiated such development efforts or sublicensed that particular market or use, JHU may terminate this license for such particular market or use. This Paragraph shall not be applicable if Company reasonably demonstrates to JHU that commercializing such LICENSED PRODUCT(S) or LICENSED SERVICE(S) or granting such a sublicense in said market or use would have a potentially adverse commercial effect upon marketing or sales of the LICENSED PRODUCT(S) developed and being sold by Company.

Staggered Fixed Term Deposit can be offered to existing clients as well as to new clients in the bank, both local and foreign. They shall comply with the "Know Your Client" policy in accordance with procedures in place to open liability accounts. Staggered Fixed Time Deposits may be increased within the first 6 months of the deposit, for a minimum of $ 10,000.00 Staggered Fixed Time Deposits may be renewed provided that the same term is maintained. Staggered Fixed Term Deposits may be increased at maturity date without an amount limit. • VARIABLE RATE FTDs Variable Rate Fixed Time Deposits shall be agreed upon for a minimum amount of USD 100,000.0 Variable Rate Fixed Time Deposits shall be agreed upon for a 5-year renewable term. Other Products. 3.1 Other products than those listed in Appendix 1 may be delivered under the Framework Agreement, see Appendix 6, provided that the terms and conditions stipulated are com- plied with, including that the Contracting Authorities has given their specific written consent. New or changed products covered by the Framework Agreement pursuant to Appendix 6 will then be subject to the same terms and conditions as the products listed in Appendix 1. Changes to the Framework Agreement shall under all circumstances be in accordance with procurement law.

Other Products. The Parties agree that LICENSEE is not limited to production of the End Products defined herein, but that LICENSEE may develop, create and test new products that are derived from or otherwise incorporate the Technology and such new products are only to be distributed and/or sold to Permitted Locations (the “New Products”), subject to availability of licenses in the future from Lexaria.
Other Products. As applicable, upon request by Owner or prior to Completion of Work under this contract, Contractor shall provide Owner the following information: additional Work output, such as data or databases, physical collections, audio or video, software or netware, models, educational aid or curricula, instruments or equipment. Contractor shall provide a brief description of additional project output, date of release, and entity to which output was provided.
Other Products. From time to time, we may offer other versions of the license and the details pertinent to that license will be specified on your Proof of License.
