Common use of Maintenance of Property Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Property. Protect and preserve all properties useful in and material to its business, including copyrights, patents, trade names and trademarks; maintain in good working order and condition all buildings, equipment and other tangible real and personal property; and from time to time make or cause to be made all renewals, replacements and additions to such property necessary for the conduct of its business, so that the business carried on in connection therewith may be properly and advantageously conducted at all times.

Protect and preserve in accordance with sound business practices all properties useful in and material to its business, including copyrights, patents, trade names names, trademarks and trademarksservice marks; maintain in good working order and condition accordance with sound business practices all buildings, equipment and other tangible real and personal propertyproperty material to its business; and from time to time make or cause to be made all renewals, replacements and additions to such property necessary for the conduct of its business, so that the business carried on in connection therewith may be properly and advantageously conducted at all timesin a commercially reasonable manner.

Protect In addition to the requirements of any of the Security Documents, protect and preserve all properties useful in and material to its business, including copyrights, patents, trade names names, service marks and trademarks; maintain in good working order and condition all buildings, equipment and other tangible real and personal property; and from time to time make or cause to be made all renewalsrepairs, renewals and replacements thereof and additions to such property necessary for the conduct of its business, so that the business carried on in connection therewith may be properly and advantageously conducted at all times.

Maintenance of Property.
