Loan Documents Remain in Full Force and Effect. Except as expressly amended or modified by this Amendment, the Loan Documents remain in full force and effect. Borrower confirms that the security interests granted by the Loan Documents also secure the Loan and Security Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
