Livestock. 19.1. Except with the prior written consent of the Council the Tenant shall not keep any animals or livestock on the Allotment site save rabbits and hens (no Cockerels) to the extent permitted by section 12 Allotments Act 1950. (Such animals not to be kept for trade or business purposes and accordingly to be limited in number as the Council may provide in writing.)

Livestock. 8.1 Where it is intended that the parties will engage in Livestock Keeping it is a pre-condition to this Agreement coming into effect that the parties agree a policy for the overall management and direction of the Livestock Keeping and the animal husbandry system to be followed and that they nominate one of them as Herd Keeper for Herd Registration purposes in writing with the Department of Agriculture. The highest standards shall be observed in the conduct of all aspects of Livestock Keeping carried out under this Agreement
Livestock. 5.1 Except with the prior written permission of the Council, the Tenant shall not keep any animals or livestock on the Allotment including rabbits and hens, which are permitted by the Allotments Xxx 0000.
Livestock. 3.8.1 Written consent is required from CTC to keep poultry on an allotment. An application form is attached to this agreement. For tenants taking on an allotment from 1 April 2019, a maximum of 10 will be allowed per tenant. Further details can be found in the Guidelines for Keeping Poultry 2019 (Clause 3.3.4.2).

Livestock. Livestock are carried at the sole risk of the merchant. The Carrier shall be under no liability whatsoever for any injury illness death delay or destruction howsoever arising even through caused or contributed to by the act neglect or default of the Carrier or by the un- seaworthiness or unfitness of vessel craft conveyance Container or other place existing at any time in the vent of the mater. In his sole description considering that any livestock is likely to be injurious to the health of any other livestock or of any person on board or to cause the vessel to be delayed or impeded in the prosecution of the voyage such livestock may be destroyed and thrown over board without any liability attaching to the Carrier. The Merchant shall indemnity the Carrier against the cost of vet services on the voyage for of or for any period during which the carriage is delayed any reason whatsoever and of complying with the regulation of any authority of county whatsoever with regard to such livestock.
