LIETOTIE TERMINI. Līgums starp Investoru, Aizdevēju un Viainvest noslēgtais Cesijas līgums ar visiem tā pielikumiem, grozījumiem un papildinājumiem Gada Procentu Likme atlīdzība par investēto līdzekļu lietošanu, kas izteikta xx xxxx procentu likme. Ar terminu “Gada Procentu Likme” xxx xxxx saprasta atlīdzība Investoram, kas izteikta xx xxxx procentu likme un tiek maksāta gadījumos, kad Aizņēmējs ir kavējis atmaksas termiņus Cesijas Maksa Cesionāra un Aizdevēja abpusēji nolīgtā maksa eiro par prasījuma tiesību iegādi Cedents Aizdevējs, kuram pieder prasījuma tiesības pret Aizņēmēju saskaņā ar noslēgto Aizdevuma līgumu Aizņēmējs fiziska persona, kura noslēgusi Aizdevuma līgumu ar Aizdevēju Aizņēmēja Maksājums Aizņēmēja veiktie Aizdevuma pamatsummas, Procentu un nokavējuma procentu (ja piemērojami) maksājumi Aizdevējam saskaņā ar Aizdevuma līgumu Darba Diena Latvijas Republikā noteikta darba diena, izņemot sestdienas, svētdienas un valsts noteiktās svētku dienas Procenti atlīdzība fiksēta EUR valūtā, ko Aizdevējs maksā Investoram par viņa līdzekļu izmantošanu un kas tiek aprēķināta, reizinot Gada Procentu Likmi ar faktisko dienu skaitu, xxxxx xxxx izmantoti ieguldītie līdzekļi saskaņā ar noslēgto Līgumu. Ar Procentiem ir saprotami arī nokavējuma procenti, kas tiks aprēķināti un izmaksāti par katru Aizņēmēja atmaksājamā Aizdevuma kavējuma dienu. Procentu maksājumi ir atkarīgi no Aizņēmēja veiktajiem maksājumiem un Investoram tiek izmaksāti tad, kad Aizņēmējs ir atmaksājis Aizdevuma pamatsummu pilnībā vai daļēji Investors fiziska vai juridiska persona, kas no Aizdevēja iegādājusies prasījuma tiesības pret Aizņēmēju. Šī līguma ietvaros saukts arī par Cesionāru Investora Bankas Konts 1) norēķinu konts, kas atvērts uz Investora vārda Latvijas Republikā vai jebkurā citā valstī reģistrētā kredītiestādē, uz kuru attiecas no Eiropas Savienības tiesību aktiem izrietošas prasības par noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas un terorisma finansēšanas novēršanu, vai 2) maksājumu konts, kas atvērts uz Investora vārda maksājumu iestādē, kas reģistrēta un licencēta Latvijas Republikā vai jebkurā citā valstī, uz kuru attiecas no Eiropas Savienības tiesību aktiem izrietošas prasības par noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas un terorisma finansēšanas novēršanu un veiktais maksājums atbilst visiem sekojošiem kritērijiem: a) maksājuma tips ir SEPA maksājums, kas veikts euro valūtā; b) maksājums ir veikts no Investora personīgā starptautiskā bankas konta (IBAN), un c) Investora vārds un uzvārds ...

  • Agreement Termination In the event Contractor is unable to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, including circumstances beyond its control, County may terminate this Agreement in whole or in part in the same manner as for breach hereof.

  • General Termination When a registrant has been terminated as unsatisfactory or has been discharged for cause by at least three (3) Employers within a twenty-four (24) month period, he/she shall be denied further use of all hiring halls covered by the District Council provided the Employers have furnished the Local Unions in writing the reasons for such terminations or discharges. Members wishing to demonstrate that corrective action has been taken by them, and therefore they should be allowed access to the hiring hall facilities, may petition the District Council’s Executive Board for an opportunity to appear and give their position. The member’s petition to the District Council’s Executive Board shall be filled within one year from the date he/she has been denied further use of the hiring halls covered by the District Council. A member may petition twice for the restoration of his/her use of the hiring hall facilities covered by the District Council. The burden is on the petitioning member to demonstrate that corrective action has been taken to remedy the issue(s) outlined in the termination letters. The District Council’s Executive Board shall be the sole judge as to whether such corrective action is sufficient for reinstatement.
