License Model. The software is licensed under two models: • Perpetual License Model – Under this model, you have licensed the software under perpetual license terms, as code that is installed on your premises or hosted for you by a third party acting as your agent (“Perpetual License Model”).

License Model. The software is licensed based on either the: • Core License Model – the number of physical and/or virtual cores in the server; or • Server + Client – the number of operating system environments (OSEs) in which the server software is run, and the number of devices and users that access instances of server software.

License Model. The license of the Software is based on: • the number of copies of the Software Customer installs in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central databases, • number of users, • number of legal entities, • usage of different components, and/or • additional modules, functionalities or add- ons The Software is licensed in accordance with license model agreed between the Parties. There are two models: Subscription License Model: idyn grants Customer a license with respect to the Software during the subscription term agreed upon. Enhancement is included in the subscription license. The subscription fee will be invoiced and paid in advance.
