Licence Agreements. A licence is a form of permission to enter and use land or a facility for an agreed purpose for a stated period. The licensee does not have exclusive use of the facility allowing Council to allocate to other user groups at different times and for access by the general public.
Licence Agreements. On 28 March 2014, HREAL (as agent of LF and HPI) as licensor entered into (i) the External Wall Signage Licence Agreement with Citistore as licensee pursuant to which LF and HPI agreed to license to Citistore, and Citistore agreed to license from LF and HPI, 3 external wall signages at Metro Harbour Plaza at a licence fee of HK$1,800.00 per month (exclusive of Government rates) with the early termination clause whereby the licensor shall have the right to serve one month’s prior notice during the term to terminate the licence; and (ii) the Entrance Signage Licence Agreement with Citistore as licensee pursuant to which LF and HPI agreed to license to Citistore, and Citistore agreed to license from LF and HPI, one signage at the entrance of Metro Harbour Plaza at a licence fee of HK$660.00 per month (exclusive of Government rates). The total annual licence fees payable under the External Wall Signage Licence Agreement and the Entrance Signage Licence Agreement are HK$21,600.00 and HK$7,920.00 respectively. Other than the adjudication fees of the Licence Agreements, no other fees are payable by the licensee to the licensor under the Licence Agreements. Each of the Licence Agreements is for a fixed term of three years commencing from 1 July 2014 and ending on 30 June 2017 (both days inclusive).
Licence Agreements. ICI and Huntsman acknowledge that the contracts listed in Part 4 of the Schedule to this Deed are contracts which Huntsman considers to be critical to its business. Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 6 of the Agreement, Huntsman and ICI confirm that they are committed to using their respective reasonable endeavours as a priority to novate the contracts listed in Part 4 of the Schedule in accordance with clause 6 of the Agreement so that ICI is no longer a party to any of these contracts in Part 4 of the Schedule (save in respect of any confidentiality requirements that survive the novation of any contract) provided that Huntsman shall not be required to incur fees or royalties in respect of such contracts in excess of those payable in accordance with the terms of such contracts at the date of this Deed.
Licence Agreements. The parties acknowledge that certain Related Corporations of the Shareholders have entered into the IP Licence Agreements licensing certain Intellectual Property Rights to the Companies and establishing other obligations and rights among the parties to those agreements in relation to the relevant Intellectual Property Rights.
Licence Agreements. The parties to this Agreement agree that the Supply Agreements and the IP Licence Agreements shall be governed by the Field of Use Principles (as set out in Part 4 of Schedule 15) in so far as the Field of Use Principles are applicable to each Supply Agreement and each IP Licence Agreement. Save as otherwise set out in this Clause 2.9, the parties to this Agreement agree and acknowledge that the Field of Use Principles do not have any effect in this Agreement nor are they intended to impose any restriction nor grant any rights other than in the context of the relevant Supply Agreement(s) and/or the relevant IP Licence Agreement(s) to which they apply.
Licence Agreements. If your licence automatically runs out after a specific date and you want to end the agreement, you should let your landlord know this before your licence runs out.
Licence Agreements. Mildura Senior College has entered into long term licence agreements for the use of the college ovals. Due to the high traffic of these users, the College seeks to limit any further use of these areas by hirers. However, each hire agreement will be discussed on its merits and a decision made by the Council. Mildura Senior College will review any licence agreements on a bi-annual basis in consultation with the current licence holders. In establishing and adjusting fees for the use of the school ovals, the College Council will investigate the fees charges by the Mildura Rural City Council for the use of similar facilities. To meet the requirements of the Victorian Government’s competitive neutrality policy the fees set will be comparable to those of other local providers.
Licence Agreements. 7.1. The Terms & Conditions of this document will also serve as a licence agreement (“Agreement”) for any and all Apps or other software produced by Nova Consulting/IT.

Licence agreements will be made between CSG on behalf of the Council and the artist/maker covering the performance or display of conceptual art or other theme/subject areas using film, video, audio or other equipment.
