LETTERS OF AGREEMENT. All letters of agreement that do not have a specific 22 expiration date attached to them are subject to renegotiations at the expiration of 23 the contract at the request of either party.
LETTERS OF AGREEMENT. Previous letters of agreement, side bar agreements and memoranda of understanding between labor and management that are not incorporated into the subsequent collective bargaining agreement are null and void.
LETTERS OF AGREEMENT. Letters attached to this Agreement are included in and form part of the Agreement as long as each letter is effective.
LETTERS OF AGREEMENT. 37.01 The Company and the Union agree that all Letters of Agreement contained herein become part of this Agreement.
LETTERS OF AGREEMENT. For reference and ease of communication purposes, the following Letters of Agreement are displayed with the current collective agreement. It is the intention of both Parties that Letters of Agreement be for the express purpose of defining and/or clarifying an issue with joint resolution during the time frame between collective agreement negotiation. Renewal provisions are defined within the body of each individual Letter of Agreement. Should there be mutual agreement by both parties to create, terminate, or otherwise amend documented Letters of Agreement at a time other than formal collective bargaining, it is agreed that such action is to be accomplished via use of the Labour-Management Committee. The following Letters of Agreement are displayed in their entirety:
LETTERS OF AGREEMENT. When in-home assignments of volunteers are made, a letter of agreement will be signed by the parties involved. The document will authorize volunteer service in the home and identify specific volunteer activities, periods, and conditions of service. A blank copy of the letter of agreement shall be accessible at the RSVP Office.

The Agreement does not preclude the parties from identifying opportunities for further collaboration to the benefit of both parties, and ensure efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the use of resources, including in-kind services and assistance, coordination of complementary policy and program initiatives, and projects involving third parties. During the term of this agreement if additional programs and services are requested from the SCRCA to be delivered on behalf of the Municipality a separate Letter of Agreement will be established with the Municipality (or delegated staff member) and attached as an Appendix. LETTERS OF AGREEMENT. 11.01 The current Letters of Agreement, including the Letters of Agreement re: Payment of Legal Fees, Wrap Plan and Income Security, are supplemental to this Agreement, but nothing contained herein shall affect the termination dates or any other provision of such Letters of Agreement.
