Less Than One Year. An employee who has less than one (1) year of service shall be entitled to one (1) day of vacation for each month of service up to that date not exceeding ten (10) working days. Vacation pay shall be four (4) percent of the employee’s gross earnings to April 30th of the current vacation year.

(08) An employee who who, at the beginning of the calendar year has less than one (1) year of continuous service but who has had thirty (30) calendar days or more of continuous service shall be allowed one (1) working day's vacation per completed month of employment up to a maximum of ten (10) days vacation. The employee shall be entitled to one (1) day of vacation for each month of service up to that date not exceeding ten (10) working days. Vacation pay shall be paid at four percent (4%) percent of on total wages earned in the employee’s gross earnings to April 30th of the current vacation previous calendar year.
