Length of Training. The initial training program shall consist of 7 days of instruction at a location designated by the Franchisor; provided, however, that the Franchisor reserves the right to waive a portion of the training program or alter the training schedule, if in the Franchisor’s sole discretion, the Franchisee or General Manager has sufficient prior experience or training.

Length of Training. The first portion of the initial Marketer training program will last up to 10 days and will consist of the initial training program applicable to the Franchisor's Franchisees. The second portion of the initial Marketer training consists of up to 3 days of on the job instruction at the Marketer's Business location. Other than the Marketing Fee, no tuition or fee shall be charged for the initial training. However, the Marketer shall be responsible for all travel and living expenses which are incurred in connection with attendance at the initial training program.

Length of Training. Franchisor shall determine the appropriate length of the portion of the initial AD training program applicable only to Area Directors, which will be in addition to the second part of the initial AD training program applicable to Area Directors and Franchisees. Other than the Initial Fee, no tuition or fee shall be charged for the initial training. However, AD shall be responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred in connection with attendance at both parts of the initial training program. AD (or its Managing Owner) may request additional training during the initial training program, to be provided at no additional charge, if AD (or its Managing Owner) does not feel completely trained in the operation of an area directorship business. However, if AD (or its Managing Owner) satisfactorily completes Franchisor's initial training program, and does not inform Franchisor in writing at the end of the initial training program that AD (or its Managing Owner) does not feel completely trained, then AD will be deemed to have been trained sufficiently to operate the area directorship business.

The Franchisee, the General Manager and the Franchisee's principals must attend the on-site training during the grand opening period. The Franchisor reserves the right to waive a portion of the training program or alter the training schedule, if in the Franchisor's sole discretion, the Franchisee or General Manager has sufficient prior experience or training.
