Lease of Equipment. Lessor leases to Lessee, and Lessee leases from Lessor, all the property described in the Lease Schedules which are signed from time to time by Lessor and Lessee.
Lease of Equipment. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Lessor agrees to provide the Acquisition Amount to acquire the Equipment. Lessor hereby demises, leases, transfers and lets to Lessee, and Lessee hereby acquires, rents and leases from Lessor, the Equipment. The Lease Term may be continued, solely at the option of Lessee, at the end of the Original Term or any Renewal Term for the next succeeding Renewal Term up to the maximum Lease Term as set forth in the Payment Schedule. At the end of the Original Term and at the end of each Renewal Term until the maximum Lease Term has been completed, Lessee shall be deemed to have exercised its option to continue this Agreement for the next Renewal Term unless Lessee shall have terminated this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.03 or Section 10.01. The terms and conditions during any Renewal Term shall be the same as the terms and conditions during the Original Term, except that the Rental Payments shall be as provided in the Payment Schedule.

Lease of Equipment. Lessor hereby demises, leases and lets the Equipment to Lessee, and Lessee rents, leases and hires the Equipment from Lessor, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, for the Lease Term.
Lease of Equipment. In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Lessor shall lease to Lessee, and Lessee shall lease from Lessor, the personal property described in the lease schedule(s) (each, a “Schedule”) to be entered into from time to time into which this Agreement is incorporated (each Schedule, together with this Agreement, a “Lease”), together with all substitutions, replacements, repairs, parts and attachments, improvements and accessions thereto (the “Equipment”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement have the meanings specified in the applicable Schedule. Each Lease shall constitute a separate, distinct, and independent lease and contractual obligation of Lessee. Except as expressly set forth in any Lease, Lessor shall at all times retain the full legal title to the Equipment, it being expressly agreed by both parties that each Lease is an agreement of lease only.
Lease of Equipment. Lessor hereby demises, leases, and lets to Lessee, and Lessee rents, leases and hires from Lessor, the Equipment, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, to have and to hold for the Initial Term and any Renewal Term entered into at the option and in the sole discretion of Lessee pursuant to SECTION 4.1 of this Agreement. Lessor hereby covenants to provide Lessee during the Lease Term with quiet use and enjoyment of the Equipment and Lessee shall during the Lease Term peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Equipment, except as set forth in this Agreement. Lessor and its agents, employees, servants and representatives shall have the right at all reasonable times during business hours to enter into and upon the property of Lessee for the purpose of inspecting the Equipment.
Lease of Equipment. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Master Lease, Lessor agrees to lease to Lessee, and Lessee agrees to lease from Lessor, all Equipment described in each Schedule signed from time to time by Lessee and Lessor.
Lease of Equipment. Lessee hereby accepts the Equipment "as is" and Lessee shall be fully and completely bound by each and all of the terms and conditions hereof. Xxxxxx acknowledges that at the time of takeover, Lessee shall fully inspect the Equipment and verify that the Equipment is in good condition and repair.
