Common use of LAW GOVERNING THIS AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

LAW GOVERNING THIS AGREEMENT. You understand and agree that this Agreement is made in Massachusetts and shall be governed by the Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to the extent that Massachusetts law is not inconsistent with controlling federal law. If any term or provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, this will not make any other terms or provision unenforceable. If, for any reason, we do not make use of any of our rights under this Agreement on a particular occasion(s), that will not limit our ability to exercise those rights in the future.
