Common use of Joint Venture Clause in Contracts

Joint Venture. Nothing in this Agreement shall be read or construed as creating a partnership, employment or agency relationship between CANARIE, the Participant or any other participants, or as authorizing any party to act as agent or representative for any other party or have any authority or power to act for or undertake any obligation on behalf of the other party, nor shall anything herein contained be read or construed to in any way restrict the freedom of either party to conduct any other business or activities whatsoever.
