Introductory Provisions. Pursuant to Lease Contract No. NAO/58/01/007368/2005 dated July 22, 2005, and concluded between the city of Prague and Obecní dům, a.s., approved through a resolution by the Council of the City of Prague No. 1091 dated July 19, 2005, the Lessee has rented the immovable property, specifically premises no. 1090 situated on building lot no. 588 (buildings of Obecní dům v Praze) and on lot no. 588, both located in the Staré Město cadastral territory, Prague municipality, entered in the Land Register at the Land Register Office for the city of Prague, cadastral branch of Prague, in Certificate of Title No. 122. Pursuant to Lease Contract No. NAO/58/01/007368/2005 dated July 22, 2005, the Lessee may sub- lease the non-residential premises, located in the building of Obení dům, at nám. Republiky 1090/5, 111 21 Prague 1 (hereinafter referred to as „Obecní dům”), to the the Sub-lessee under the contractual terms specified herein. Agreement No. O-88-2023
