Customer acknowledges that the Canadian Government has the authority to rescind the Interim Approval. In the event the Canadian Government rescinds the Interim Approval, QUALCOMM shall immediately notify Customer of such rescission and Customer shall cease operating the Service in Canada until Customer is notified by QUALCOMM that approval has been reinstituted.
International Use. As set forth in Exhibit F, Supplier and Customer may agree to begin a pilot international program upon the execution by both Parties of a separate mutually agreeable Transaction Agreement relating to such project.
