Integration; Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Warrants, is intended by the parties as a final expression of their agreement and intended to be a complete and exclusive statement of the agreement and understanding of the Company, the Warrant Agent and the Holders in respect of the subject matter contained herein. There are no restrictions, promises, warranties or undertakings, other than those set forth or referred to herein, with respect to the Warrants. This Agreement and the Warrants supersede all prior agreements and understandings between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
Integration; Entire Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between the parties hereto and supersedes and merges all previous written and oral negotiations, commitments, understandings and agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter contained in this Agreement.

This Warrant supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the parties with respect to such subject matter (other than warrants previously issued by the Company to the Warrantholder).

This Agreement and the Series B Warrants supersede all prior agreements and understandings between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
Integration; Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents contain the complete understanding and agreement of Borrower, Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and supersede all prior representations, warranties, agreements, arrangements, understandings and negotiations with respect thereto.
Integration; Entire Agreement. These General Terms along with any additional terms incorporated herein by reference, constitute the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement between the parties and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and understandings, written or oral, relating to their subject matter. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, any waiver, modification, or amendment of any provision of these General Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of both parties.
Integration; Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the Parties with regard to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior written and oral agreements, understandings and negotiations, with regard to such subject matter.

Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, this Agreement embodies the complete agreement and understanding among the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and preempts any prior understandings, agreements or representations by or among the Parties, written or oral, that may have related to the subject matter hereof in any way.
