Common use of Insurance Companies Clause in Contracts

Insurance Companies. The Concessionaire shall insure all insurable assets comprised in the Project Assets and/or the Project Facility through Indian insurance companies and if so permitted by NGS, through foreign insurance companies, to the extent that insurances are necessary to be effected through them.
