Common use of Information Regarding the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Information Regarding the Borrower. The Lender may, in connection with any assignment or proposed assignment pursuant to this Section 11.1, disclose to the assignee or proposed assignee, any information relating to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries or any Investment Entity furnished to the Lender by or on behalf of the Borrower; provided that, prior to any such disclosure, such assignee or proposed assignee, shall agree to preserve in accordance with Section 11.18 the confidentiality of any confidential information described therein.
