Indoor Environmental Air Quality and Indoor Air Quality. 1. The district shall maintain a record of indoor air quality concerns and complaints and any actions taken by the district to resolve them. This database shall be accessible to the Association. Staff and students shall not be assigned to buildings/classrooms after complaints of environmental air quality or reports of molds, fungus or other unhealthy situations are reported for testing. Students and staff shall only be assigned back to these buildings/rooms after testing results show the building’s/classroom’s particulates, molds, fungus and other air/environmental contaminates are within industry standards.

  • Indoor Air Quality The Employer shall ensure a healthful air quality and attempt to ensure comfortable air temperature in buildings it owns and in space that it leases.

  • Air Quality To the extent applicable, Consultant must fully comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in furnishing or using equipment and/or providing services, including, but not limited to, emissions limits and permitting requirements imposed by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) and/or California Air Resources Board (CARB). Although the SCAQMD and CARB limits and requirements are more broad, Consultant shall specifically be aware of their application to "portable equipment", which definition is considered by SCAQMD and CARB to include any item of equipment with a fuel-powered engine.   • HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT 41.1 In the performance of this Contract, Contractor and Operator shall conduct Petroleum Operations with due regard to health, safety and the protection of the environment (“HSE”) and the conservation of natural resources, and shall in particular:

Devices installed to control sediment and prevent erosion shall comply with the requirements of the Georgia Tech Project Superintendent. The Contractor is responsible for monitoring downstream conditions throughout the construction period and clearing any debris, sediment, and dust caused by the progress of the Work. The Contractor shall inspect, maintain, and clear erosion and sediment control devices at least weekly unless otherwise directed by the Georgia Institute of Technology Construction Manager. At the conclusion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove all installed devices and restoring the site to the satisfaction of the Georgia Tech Construction Manager.

  • Environmental Safety Upon encountering any previously unknown potentially hazardous material, or other materials potentially contaminated by hazardous material, Contractor shall immediately stop work activities impacted by the discovery, secure the affected area, and notify the ODR immediately.
