Common use of Independent Legal Advice Clause in Contracts

Independent Legal Advice. The Executive acknowledges that the Executive has been advised to obtain independent legal advice with respect to entering into this Agreement, that he has obtained such independent legal advice or has expressly deemed not to seek such advice, and that the Executive is entering into this Agreement with full knowledge of the contents hereof, of the Executive’s own free will and with full capacity and authority to do so.

Independent Legal Advice. The Executive acknowledges that the Executive has been advised to obtain independent legal advice from his solicitors with respect to entering into this Agreement and he acknowledges that he has done so and has received advice from his solicitors prior to executing this Agreement and that the terms and conditions of his employment are as set forth in this Agreement, and there are no other terms and conditions of that he has obtained such independent legal advice employment or has expressly deemed not representations or promises made with respect to seek such advice, and that the Executive is entering into this Agreement with full knowledge of the contents hereof, of the Executive’s own free will and with full capacity and authority to do soemployment other than as set forth herein.

Independent Legal Advice.
