Common use of Indemnity Agreement Clause in Contracts

Indemnity Agreement. The Indemnity Agreement Regarding Hazardous Materials, dated or to be dated on or prior to the Closing Date, made by the Borrower and the Guarantors in favor of the Agent and the Banks, pursuant to which the Borrower and the Guarantors agree to indemnify the Agent and the Banks with respect to Hazardous Materials and Environmental Laws, such Indemnity Agreement to be in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.

Indemnity Agreement. The Indemnity Agreement Regarding Hazardous Materials, dated or to be dated on or prior to the Closing Date, made by the Borrower and the Guarantors in favor of the Agent and the Banks, pursuant to which the Borrower and the Guarantors agree to indemnify the Agent and the Banks with respect to Hazardous Materials and Environmental Laws, such Indemnity Agreement to be in form and substance satisfactory to the AgentLender.
